Heeringa's mother took to the streets to pass out flyers Wednesday.  While doing so, she stopped at two  businesses who have helped in the investigation.  They gave police surveillance video of  what they believed to be the suspect's vehicle.
Heeringa's mom is hoping the surveillance video and police sketch will help bring her daughter home.
Heeringa, 25, went missing late Friday night while working as an Exxon mobile clerk in Norton Shores, near Muskegon, Mich.
Police are treating it as a kidnapping after finding the gas station unlocked and Heeringa's keys and purse left behind.
Police said they arrested a man in a silver minivan for questioning Wednesday evening. They have since released him. Police said he is not a suspect.

(CNN) — Blood found on the scene of a Michigan kidnapping belonged to the victim, police said Thursday.
Jessica Heeringa, 25, was abducted late last month from an Exxon station in Norton Shores, where she was working alone, sometime around 11 p.m., police have said.
Investigators found “suspicious substances” at the station and turned them in to the state’s crime lab, which identified some of it as blood. A DNA analysis matched it to Heeringa, the Norton Shores Police Department said.
The amount of blood found was small, police said. Authorities notified the family of the findings.

HazMat-Taz, KadyBay, and RobyPo – The 3 Amigos
May 4th, 2013 | Author: Dr. Ross Riggs

Azamat Tazhayakov and Dias Kadyrbayev – two college students of the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth – drive a black BMW. In the late 1970’s I worked security for a liberal arts school in NE Ohio. It was not uncommon at that very expensive school that we had much difficulty with stolen cars and break-ins to cars, all usually from the ‘townies’ who came on campus looking for an easy score. They also knew that not only would it be easy, it would be worth it. The cars many of these students drove made a working man cringe. Many had nicer cars than I have ever owned in my life. But why would college kids need such a car? Well, apparently HazmatTaz and KadyBay (my nicknames for them, not their’s … that I know of) needed the best.

Who are HazmatTaz and KadyBay?” you ask. They are being charged with supplying false information to the feds in the Boston bombings. They are two friends of the brothers who killed and wounded so many at the Boston Marathon. Soon, they will probably be charged as co-conspirators. Some things never cease to amaze me. I think that, for these two, it is their classy – self-absorbed – vanity license plate that speaks volumes. Their defense attorney will rue the day that HazmatTaz and Kadybay decided to go ‘vanity’, getting the moniker “Terrorista1.What is not to love about that? Only in America… which is probably why HazmatTaz and KadyBay came here - for the freedom to express themselves. I imagine if they drove around in most parts of Russia, or wherever, with a Terrorista 1 license plate, they may get a new definition of freedom of expression!

HazmatTaz came from a province called Atyrau in Kazakhstan from a small town between Kazakhstan’s capital and the Caspean Sea. A frolicking little town in a country that, on the CIA World Factbook rankings of FREEDOM (which has a ‘1’ score being the best and a ‘14’ being the worst), rates an 11 and a title of “Not Free.” In case you are wondering, the United States tied with several countries for the top score of a 2 (no 1’s were awarded) and a title of “Free.” So, if I were stuck growing up in Kazakhstan, not only would I do whatever I could to come here to the U.S. - I would try to stay here!

Not these two, though. They are so disgruntled by the freedom here they had to conspire with others to create a terrorist act against this nation that welcomed them.

HazmatTaz and Kadybay had a third friend. This bright scholar is an American by the name of Robel Phillipos - RobyPo to us.
Allow me to state clearly: my giving each of them a nickname is NOT mocking those who were hurt or killed. What I do want America to know is that the people who did these horrific acts are cowards. They are mopes. They are morons, and we must not allow people like these guys to terrorize us! We conquer them by not being fearful of them. We must see them for what they are – ignorant fools with brains enough to make it in college here, certainly an oxymoron.

Where is Kadybay from? Kadybay was also from Kazakhstan, where he went to a school for those who excel in Math and Science called Almaty. According to teachers there, he distinguished himself by not knowing much about math or science. He flunked out in his first year! (Explains why he got a scholarship to the U.S. - doesn’t it?)

And then there is RobyPo – an American...by name at least. RobyPo’s mother is from Ethiopia, but lives in Cambridge near the gas station where the suspects lifted a car for that wild chase where one was killed. She was doing what she could to get her son through school, and now he gets to go to “PEN State”, as in Penitentiary State! Smooth move, RP! I’m sure your Momma is heartsick.

So, was it really a sincere turn to Islam, a radicalization? I guess that would explain them driving a BMW!

America, we need to see these terrorists for what they are. We must be prepared to stand up for this country, for one another, and never back down to people who have sunk so low that they are willing to kill innocent men, women and children as well as maim them just for kicks, not a deep seated ideology or strongly held religious belief. They are ignorant teenagers who did it just because, and they need to feel the full justice of our legal system. Knowing your enemy is a key to winning any war… sometimes your enemy looks like this:
